Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation of their services at any time through the client area, support ticket system, or by contacting HOSTMAFIA support.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically result in a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

2. Hosting Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel shared hosting, reseller hosting, or other hosting services before the next billing cycle.

• Cancellation requests should be submitted before the renewal date.
• Failure to cancel before renewal may result in automatic invoice generation.
• No refund will be issued for partially used billing periods.

3. VPS Service Cancellation

VPS services may be cancelled at any time by the customer.

• No refund will be issued after VPS deployment.
• Cancellation only stops future billing cycles.
• Customer data may be permanently deleted after cancellation.

4. Domain Cancellation

Domain registrations cannot be cancelled once successfully registered with the registry.

• No refund on registered domains.
• No cancellation after domain activation.
• Domain expiry remains the customer's responsibility.

5. Customer Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for taking backups of their data before requesting cancellation.

HOSTMAFIA is not responsible for data loss resulting from account termination or cancellation.

6. Cancellation Processing Time

Cancellation requests are generally processed within 24 to 72 hours after verification.

Some services may be terminated immediately after cancellation confirmation.

7. Abuse & Policy Violations

HOSTMAFIA reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services involved in:

• Spam activities
• Phishing operations
• Malware distribution
• DDoS attacks
• Illegal activities
• Fraudulent transactions

Such cancellations or suspensions are not eligible for refunds.

8. Billing After Cancellation

Once a service is successfully cancelled, future recurring invoices for that service will no longer be generated.

Outstanding unpaid invoices generated before cancellation remain payable.
